An open-air lifestyle destination designed with shaded walkways, lush greenery, and vibrant social spaces. Every detail was crafted to create a welcoming oasis in Riyadh — a place where shopping, dining, and community come together in harmony.
The process
Concept Development
We began with the vision of creating a true urban oasis — a place where nature and city life coexist. The concept drew inspiration from Riyadh’s climate, introducing water, greenery, and open air to foster community and connection.
Spatial Planning
The layout centers around a welcoming square framed by cafés, boutique shops, and offices. Wide walkways, shaded passages, and dual gateways invite movement, ensuring seamless flow between the development and the surrounding neighborhood.
Final Touches
Palm trees, grassy islands, and reflecting pools soften the architecture, while warm materials and subtle lighting add refinement. Every detail was curated to create a vibrant, inviting atmosphere — a destination that enhances daily life in Riyadh.
